Information and services for your stay
CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM on the arrival date (in case of no-show after midnight, the right to the assigned room is lost) – please communicate your arrival time in advance. At check-in, a valid ID (ID card or passport) will be required for each guest. Residence permits are not accepted.
PAYMENT: We inform you that payment for the entire stay is required at check-in; tourist tax and any extras can be settled at the end of the stay.
CHECK-OUT: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
ROOM KEY: Must be returned to Reception upon departure.
BREAKFAST: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
ROOM CLEANING: From 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM (you may request at Reception not to have the room cleaned).
SWIMMING POOL: Open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please respect the silence; diving is forbidden, sunbeds cannot be reserved, and water toys/inflatables are not allowed.
SECURITY: For public safety reasons, guests are not allowed to bring third parties into the rooms at any time.
RESPECT OF PREMISES: The guest agrees to respect the premises and the items therein; any damage caused or missing items will be charged.
NO-SHOW or EARLY DEPARTURE: No refund or modification is provided if the guest fails to occupy the room due to travel difficulties, strikes, delays, or personal/health reasons. In case of early departure for any reason, the guest is required to pay the cost of the room for the entire duration of the booked stay.
