HOTEL POLICY AND SERVICES

CHECK-IN: from 2.00 p.m. of the expected day of arrival (in case of no-show after midnight the right of the assigned room is lost)

Upon check-in, each guest will be asked for a valid identity document (identity card or passport). The residence permit will not be accepted.

CHECK-OUT : by 10.00 a.m. on the departure day

ROOM KEY: on departure day it must be returned to the Reception

BREAKFAST: from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

ROOM CLEANING : from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (it is possible to ask the Reception not to clean the room)

SWIMMING POOL : the swimming pool is open from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Please RESPECT the silence , diving is prohibited , access to inflatables/water games is prohibited and it is not possible to reserve sunbeds

For reason of public safety , it is NOT ALLOWED for guests to allow third parties to enter the rooms at any time

The customer also undertakes to RESPECT the premises and the object contained therein, any damage caused or missing items will be charged

RESPECT THE SILENCE in the Hotel !

NO-SHOW or EARLY DEPARTURE : If the customer is unable to occupy the room from day booked due to difficulties during the journey, strikes, delays or personal and/or health reasons, there will be NO REFUND or MODIFICATION. In case of early departure, for any reason, the guest will be required to pay the cost of the room for the entire booked stay.
